Seasoned veteran of the catering, foodservice and restaurant industries Milton Lecker is the creative engine driving Smokin' Bones Barbecue Catering.
Milton has been a hospitality consultant for more than thirty years. He has owned and operated Apple Annies, in the Eaton Centre, Tutto Pazzo, a crazy but cool, downtown Italian eatery and The Bottom Line, a New York style supper club as well as directing The Manor at Carrying Place, a successful conference & banquet facility, Meyers Deli, in fashionable Yorkville and Lord Stanley's Feast, where fun and frolic were as fabulous as the fare.
Milton is often called upon to talk about chocolate... one of his passions. He is the owner and creative engine behind ChocoLicks Fun Factory, a fun & funky confectionery emporium creating cool candy concoctions that confound the senses.
