Milton Lecker, the founder of Smokin Bones Barbecue Catering, has been active in the hospitality field for more than thirty years. While Smokin Bones has been doing outdoor events including large corporate barbecues and weddings they are also well known for their smaller, more intimate, backyard barbecues, cocktail and dinner parties.

Why are they talking about us? We think the answer lies within the countless testimonials showered upon us. Our staff, our food preparation and presentation, our style and oh so important, our attention to detail raises us above other caterers.
